Your attorney should be able to get you a copy of yoir dismissal and get the case restricted from your criminal history and the clerk's website.
If a lawyer asks for motion to surpress at a bond hearing he has to file it or he can wait till the case is indicted ?

Yes it is illegal. While the age of consent is 16, it is illegal to send/receive pictures unless both people are at least 18.

If your 17 you're not considered a minor in the criminal justice system. As to transferring your probation, just ask your probation officer.
