Greg represented me in a family domestic violence case. I cannot recommend Greg enough for many reasons. He really cares. Greg is an expert in the nuances of the justice system and how to negotiate the details of a plea with a DA. These types of cases are extremely serious and after my initial a...ttorney had not reviewed my final sentence properly I spent months of heartache, not seeing my children due to a court procedural error. I departed from my local attorney and took Greg fulltime. In 48 hours negotiating with the DA Greg got the sentence corrected with no court appearance and the initial plea spirit of seeing my kids corrected which the other attorney was not able to do in 6 months. Most importantly I found him to be an exceptional human being. He will give you 100%. Greg is responsive and communicates in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to help you get the best outcome on your case. I wish I had started earlier on the case with him. It would have saved me a lot of stress and time.

Greg represented my mother and myself in an unfounded investigation caused by a spiteful and crazy family member. He asked myself and my mother the appropriate questions and knew how to interact successfully with the investigator. As a result the investigator saw immediately the charges were trumped... up and closed the case. If things hadn't gone as well there may have been criminal consequences. I recommend Greg. He is very bright. He is also a sincere and genuinely kind, caring person. Also, I made a few suggestions he was very receptive to afterward since we had trouble through no fault of his getting documentation of the outcome. Greg is easy to reach and speak with. I would definitely use him again. (although hope we don't have to!)

We hired Mr. Schwarz to prepare a motion for our son. Mr. Schwarz was honest about how long it could take to prepare the motion and charged us a fair rate. He was upfront about the possible outcomes and did not shy away or talk around our questions. He answered and responded in an timely manner. Even... when we would ask the same questions multiple times, he patiently answered them. We never felt pressured to make quit decisions. Without us asking, he followed up on some issues that could benefit our son. Mr. Schwarz worked hard and was well prepared for the court date. He spent time with us after the hearing to effectively explain the outcome to us. Our family has had separate experiences with 2 other attorneys and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. For us to submit an excellent review speaks volumes for Mr. Schwartz. In our opinion, Mr. Schwartz's strongest assets are that he takes pride in the service that he provides to his clients and knows the law, but most importantly, he is a good and honest man.
