My name is Robert P Rice and Doug Davis represented me in a case against Yvonne F. Wright in the Dekalb County Magistrate Court. I hired Doug Davis after a terrible car accident in November 2014. I attempted to settle the case amicably with the at fault driver's insurance company but I kept gett...ing jerked around. Finally, I had to resort to hiring an attorney. I was expecting the attorneys office to advise me to simply settle the case but to my satisfaction this case went all the way to trial and I got a judgment against the defendant in my favor. Mr. Davis made the insurance company's lawyer look weak and impotent during trial. I received regular updates from the attorney's office on the progress of my case and never had any problems when asking questions or for help about what they needed from me, billing, etc. Elizabeth and Cindy were patient, courteous, and just terrific to deal with. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case and Mr. Davis has been practicing law longer than I have been alive. I am very satisfied.

Absolutely horrible. He was unprepared and took way too long to review. In the arena of pension and alimony he's miserable. His case load .... or whatever it was, prevented him from properly representing me and understanding my pension issues. I had to stand in court and represent myself basically...... because this man was so ill prepared. DO NOT invest your time or money in this man for anything related to divorce.
