1, The lawyer switched my case to his assistant without informing me. 2, The assistant did not have the patience to listen to my questions. At the crucial moment of my case, the assistant only wanted to finish saying the bare minimum as soon as possible without pausing to allow me to ask questions. 3..., There was an ERROR on the paperwork, and had resulted a delay. 4, They were not nice. I did not feel welcomed at all, every time I called I feel like they think I am wasting their time, from the start. 5, The assistant and the lawyer rarely pick up the phone the first time I call. I had to call back again and again just to get them to answer. When I asked for a call back, the receptionist said "Can you call back later?" Also, the receptionist asked who I am every single time, but did not know who I was or what case I was in. 6, I was in the most important phone call with the assistant over the entire case of one year. In the middle of the conversation, I mentioned a piece of fact from my case, and the assistant said, "How can I remember that information?" & "How would I know?" I said, "We had discussed this before, and it is in the file." She said, "Well, I don't have your file in hand." I said, "You called me (to discuss the most important information about this case), and you DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE FILE IN HAND?" Overall, the assistant was rude, the lawyer was unhelpful, the receptionist was unfriendly. Horrible service, only does the bare minimum. I was very disappointed that I hired them. They did not even inform me about how I can have a better chance to win the case. They just wanted to get the paperwork done, and didn't care an ounce about the outcome of my case. If I lost, then I lost. I had to figure out everything on my own. How can such a law firm exist? So uncaring, unprofessional.
