Pearce W. Taylor

With a background defending employers and insurers, Pearce W. J. Taylor brings a valuable, behind-the-scenes understanding of Georgia workers’ compensation to his work at Hasner Law Injury & Workers’ Compensation Attorneys. He knows how claims are evaluated and challenged, and he uses that experience to help injured workers build stronger cases and seek every benefit they’re owed. Pearce earned his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, along with a minor in Criminal Justice, and was active on campus as a member of the cheerleading team. He later earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Pearce sharpened his advocacy skills through Moot Court competitions across the country and served in leadership roles, including work on the Dean Search Committee. He also clerked for the Jacksonville Ethics Commission and worked at a law firm to gain practical experience early. Pearce is licensed in Georgia and authorized to practice in all Georgia state courts, and he recently presented at the 2025 Georgia Workers’ Compensation Law Institute. At home, he spends his time with his wife, two sons, and pets, and enjoys camping, hiking, and CrossFit.
