Biography
I am currently a managing and founding member of Castor Sprattlin Law Group, LLC, formerly Sprattlin Castor, LLC, and we help businesses, professionals, executives and families with their employment law and estate planning needs.
Employment Lawyer - I have over 20 years of experience litigating cases and advising employers about their workplace obligations. My current practice focuses on helping small to medium sized businesses with compliaance matters, employment defense litigation, counseling, investigation and pre-litigation resolution of employee claims. I provide training and counseling to leadership, management, supervisors and staff on a wide range of employment law and business related issues, including hiring and termination of employees, proper investigation of claims, development and preparation of effective workplace policies, reduction-in-force, restrictive covenants, wage-and-hour compliance, and litigation avoidance. I also assist executives and professionals with the review and negotiation of employment and severance agreements in some limited cicumstances.
Wills|Trusts|Probate Lawyer - I assist individuals, couples and families in metro Atlanta and New York with wills and trusts, and estate/legacy planning. I also help Georgia clients with probate administration. My Firm's objective for our estate planning and probate clients is simple and straightforward: we handle our clients' legal worries so they can concentrate on life and family.
