Jordan received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2012. In 2015, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law where she was managing editor of Emory International Law Review. During her time at Emory she was a student attorney on the Turner Environmental Law Clinic. She graduated from Emory with a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate.
Jordan has worked on numerous dental practice sales and acquisitions, focusing on the legal and business aspects of the transaction. Her work includes drafting contracts and review, mergers and acquisitions, employment and independent contractor agreements, associate buy-ins, practice start-ups and lease negotiations.
