An engineer and former Air Force pilot, I represent inventors, business owners, and commercial interests in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation involving a broad range of technologies and arts. During my 24 years in private practice, I have litigated intellectual property disputes and related business claims in federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. I also manage numerous trademark portfolios and prosecute opposition proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office.
