Charles Bowen Wheeler

Charles "Bo" Wheeler is an associate attorney at Brezel Family Law, focusing his practice exclusively on family law. Bo represents clients in matters arising before, during, and after the dissolution of marriage, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody, modifications, contempt actions, and cases involving domestic violence.

Before joining Brezel Family Law as an associate attorney, Bo earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. At Mercer University School of Law, Bo was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. During law school, he gained hands-on litigation experience through Mercer Law's Domestic Violence Clinic, representing clients under the Student Practice Rule and successfully obtaining multiple Temporary Protective Orders. Bo also competed on Mercer Law's Mock Trial Team, ranked No. 2 nationally by the 2025 Gavel Rankings, and served as SBA Prosecutor during his second and third years of law school.

Prior to attending law school, Bo graduated cum laude from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Philosophy.
