He has resolved complex legal, financial, and corporate issues across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Dr. Kasraie holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in engineering and has co-founded two law firms, including Marchman & Kasraie, LLC, and Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, specializing in corporate, securities, and international law.
Since 1998, Dr. Kasraie has served as a Financial and Economic Advisor to city governments in China. He has held leadership roles with organizations such as Al Wazzan Group (Kuwait) and Euroamerican Petroleum Corp. (U.S.).
