Andrew Shaul has been representing dentists for more than 35 years. He received his B.A. degree from SUNY Binghamton and his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Emory University, and was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1983.

The entirety of Andrew’s legal career has been spent assisting healthcare professionals at every stage of their career. Within the dental world, his primary focus is on skillfully negotiating contracts, practice sales and acquisitions, lease reviews, associate buy-ins, corporate mergers, creating partnerships, and facilitating DSO transactions. He also handles employment issues, labor disputes, HIPAA and OSHA violations, and board complaints.

Andrew lectures at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, formerly MSG, and at various dental study clubs. He recently was a featured speaker at the American Association of Women Dentists.
