My fiancee and myself retained Robert and his wife Jeannie Marx last year regarding a sexual harrassment suit and an unemployment benifit suite. The retainer was $4,000 which was paid and Mr. Marx stated he would handle the unemployment benifit case for free. A 60%/40% split was discussed, regarding ...the sexual harrassment suite. Mr. Marx lost the unemployment case and did little to nothing on the sexual harrassment suit. My fianeee, took her own life about 6 months latter at which time Mr. Marx called me to inform me that we had a wrongfull death claim. I asked him if I would be getting a refund since nothing was done and he stated yes I would. That was the last I heard form him/them. All I want is what is fair for my refund, emails, phone call all to no avail.
