That code section pertains to the safe operation of commercial motor vehicles. The safe operation is left up to the unified carrier registration...

If your son's case was reduced to reckless driving the conviction will not show as a DUI but will appear as reckless driving. The original charge...

Most likely until your friend is extradited or the county/state of extradition sends a letter to the place currently holding him.
