Biography
My first case was my own case against my former business partner for breach of contract. I won this case against his national firm (hired with my money) and then received an education on collections law as I tried to collect the judgment from him.
I know how frustrating it can be to have to pursue someone who owes you money and I know how difficult it can be to collect even when a court has issued a judgment in your favor. I know how you feel because I have been there.
