Biography
Mr. Coyle joined the firm as a Partner in 2009. Mr. Coyle works in all areas of the firm’s Real Estate and General Business practice. Over the past twenty years he has focused his practice representing banks, lenders, developers, builders, owners and brokers in commercial and residential real estate transactions; as well as, numerous corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses. He has represented corporate clients in a myriad of fields, and has provided counsel to his corporate clients from start-up through the sale of the business.
Mr. Coyle was born July 13, 1961 in New York City, NY. He received his BA from the University of Georgia in 1983. Thereafter, he attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL, and received his JD in 1986. Jim belongs to the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the Real Estate and Corporate Sections. He is a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, and is active in numerous philanthropic, civic, athletic clubs and organizations in the metro Atlanta area.
