Brian W. Wertheim

We were clients of Brian Wertheim; we hired him for probate services and paid him up front. He was not able to answer our questions- he kept saying he would get back to us. We waited Five weeks and still had nothing resolved. We contacted another attorney who answered all of our questions on the ph...one in 5 minutes. Mr. Wertheim would not answer our questions on the phone or by email; he would only meet in person and it was hard to get on his calendar. We waited for five weeks and did not receive any answers to our questions and had no resolutions. We had no choice but to fire Mr. Wertheim and hire and pay the other attorney. Mr. Wertheim would not refund our money and did not deliver any services.
