Nives Juric is a dedicated Georgia personal injury attorney known for her relentless attention to detail and unwavering commitment to fairness and justice. Licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2016, Nives focuses her practice on helping injured individuals understand their rights and navigate the legal process with confidence and clarity.
Since joining Montlick Injury Attorneys in 2018, Nives has brought diligence, compassion, and client-focused advocacy to her work on behalf of injured clients. Her practice includes representing individuals in a wide range of personal injury matters, including serious injury claims and wrongful death cases. Through her work, Nives has helped families navigate devastating loss and secure meaningful resolutions that provided stability and support during particularly difficult times. She also regularly guides seriously injured clients through complex recoveries, drawing inspiration from their perseverance and grace. Because each matter presents its own challenges, Nives approaches every case with care, persistence, and a focus on helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Before joining Montlick, Nives built a strong foundation in personal injury and workers’ compensation law. She spent eight years working as a paralegal handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, developing a strong understanding of case development, client advocacy, and the litigation process. After becoming an attorney, she continued this work at the same practice, allowing her to bring both depth of experience and practical insight to her representation of injured individuals. Her background also includes work with Atlanta Legal Aid in Marietta, where she helped underserved and low-income communities. This varied background shaped her practical, client-focused approach to advocacy and her understanding of the real-world challenges injured individuals and their families face.
Her commitment to the law is rooted in her family’s history and lived experience. She credits her inspiration to her parents, both of whom were practicing attorneys in her native Bosnia. Her family emigrated to the U.S. during a devastating civil war, a time when law and order had broken down. That experience shaped her understanding of the importance of justice and led her to view the practice of law as a true privilege. Today, she is passionate about helping her clients feel vindicated and guiding them toward the justice they deserve.
Fluent in Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian, Nives has long been dedicated to serving individuals who feel overwhelmed or uncertain about the legal system. She has worked closely with members of the former Yugoslavian refugee and immigrant community, helping individuals better understand complex legal issues.
Nives earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2016, graduating in the top ten of her class. During law school, she was recognized for academic excellence with four CALI Awards, honors presented to students who achieve the highest grade in a course. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University in 2008.
Nives has called Georgia home since 1994 and lives in Atlanta with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She also cherishes time with her Maltese Shih Tzu mix, Baya, whom she adores. At Montlick, she values the firm’s collaborative culture and shared commitment to advocating for clients with integrity and care, and she considers it a privilege to practice law in a way that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
