Michael Brandon Rosenstein

Brandon Rosenstein is a respected Georgia workers’ compensation attorney whose practice is defined by strategic negotiation, analytical precision, and a commitment to helping injured workers navigate a complex and often overwhelming legal system. Licensed in Georgia since 2020 and admitted to all Georgia state and federal courts, Brandon brings a rare advantage to his clients: a detailed, insider-level understanding of how employers and insurers evaluate and negotiate workers’ compensation claims.

Before joining Montlick in 2025, Brandon spent years representing employers, insurers, and national corporations, including Fortune 50 companies, at both a respected regional defense firm and a global labor and employment practice. In these roles, he managed workers’ compensation claims across the country for major multinational clients, gaining firsthand insight into corporate negotiation strategy, risk assessment, and claims-handling frameworks. Today, he uses that experience to anticipate defense tactics, position cases strategically, and guide clients with a full understanding of the risks and opportunities at each stage of the case. At Montlick, Brandon takes a principled negotiation position while managing claims, whether in litigation or in settlement discussions, to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients. Brandon’s legal journey has long been shaped by negotiation, leadership and the encouragement of his grandfather who inspired him to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he received multiple awards recognizing excellence in advocacy, workers’ compensation, and trial skills. After graduation, he returned as a co-coach for Mercer’s ABA Negotiations Teams from 2020 to 2023, helping lead the program to its first-ever National Championship in 2022 and further competitive success in subsequent seasons.

A dedicated leader within the Georgia legal community, Brandon has served in numerous roles within the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers’ Division, including Section Co-Chair, Advisor, Outreach Chair, and Board of Directors member. He also contributes to continuing legal education, including moderating the Young Lawyers’ Division and ADR Section’s “Meet the Mediators” CLE program. In addition to his bar leadership, Brandon remains committed to pro bono service, most recently assisting nonprofit organizations across Georgia with employment-related legal support and donating his time to help strengthen the communities he serves.

Born and raised in the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody area, Brandon now lives in Atlanta with his fiancée, Samantha, and their two dogs, Snow and Harley. Outside of work, he enjoys running, golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Known for his compassion and zealous advocacy, Brandon advances every case with purpose, helping injured workers move toward a more secure future.
