Passionate and personable

I found myself in need first of some guidance and then documentation. Mr. Chambers listened politely to my situation over the phone. I needed to determine the proper process to become a successor trustee from a 40-year old testamentary trust. Time was of the essence. There were many issues that ha...d to be clarified before the guidance could be given but Mr. Chambers explained that he would take the time 'pro-bono' to get a clear understanding of the facts before he would recommend a solution. Given the size of this estate, I feared that it would not be large enough to qualify for his time. But he helped me decide on a new direction and quoted me a fair price to put in place an estate plan which included a living revocable trust, a will, and other associated documents. He always was available to take my calls and handled the execution of documents professionally. I highly recommend him for your estate planning needs.

Great help with my brother's estate

John Chambers came as a recommendation from a friend of mine who had the same circumstances I had to deal with a brother in Atlanta who died with no will/no family/single. Living in California, John held my hand and walked me through all the necessary steps to get Temporary/Permanent Personal Repr...esentative status to dealing with my brother's estate. When I arrived in Atlanta, he had all the necessary papers drawn and appointments made at the Court House so my time was not wasted sitting around. He provided clear direction and support in how to handle the probate without having to spend unnecessary funds. He is extremely personable and good listener in addition to be a more than capable lawyer. It is without any hesitation that I would recommend John Chambers for any assistance you may need.
