Robert Hampton Harris II

Mr. Harris is an associate of Ingwersen & Taylor LLP and his practice encompasses tax planning for individuals and business entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships and nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Harris provides clients with advanced strategies in estate planning and routinely assists clients with formation of wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, asset protection planning, probate matters, business formation and transactions, business succession planning, and nonprofit formation and planning.

Prior to joining Ingwersen & Taylor in 2011, Mr. Harris was an attorney in the tax group at Christian & Small LLP, a law firm in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Harris is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. He is an active member of the Fiduciary, Taxation and Trust and Estate sections of the American Bar Association as well as the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee State Bar.

Mr. Harris graduated cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor’s degree in biological chemistry. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
