Philip J. Siegel, Esq. is a partner and shareholder at Hendrick, Phillips, Salzman & Siegel. He earned his B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan’s School of Business Administration and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Before practicing law, he worked in public accounting as a state and local tax consultant.
Philip’s national practice focuses on construction litigation and labor and employment law, including OSHA defense, immigration compliance, Davis-Bacon Act consulting, and contract matters. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across the country.
An accomplished author and speaker, Philip has published numerous articles on labor and employment issues in the construction industry and has lectured for organizations such as the NRCA, AGC, ASA, and the National Electrical Contractors Association.
He is a member of the Georgia Bar, Atlanta Bar Association, and American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Philip has represented clients before the NLRB, OSHA Review Commission, Department of Labor, and EEOC.
Philip lives in Georgia with his wife, Debra, and their two children, Zoe and Zackary.
