This is a lawyer that I will never recommend to anyone first of all you never seen them, the whole time I was dealing with them I never seen the attorney which right then I should’ve known something was wrong then I tell him and give him evidence to get off cameras they came straight from one of th...e owners is no longer there and told him that they will fall off in 10 days this was the first day that I talked to his assistant they let the 10 days pass by without getting the video then he sent me to a chiropractor and told me that it will be taken care of out of the settlement so all this time that we were dealing with never seen him and then all of a sudden they drop the case why because they didn’t have the video was an open and shut case but he was too busy going on vacation playing around with somebody’s life you’ll be a fool to use this guy and if you look up in some of the other comments you will see that they didn’t see him at all either he’s very unprofessional and even hung up on me when I was discussing it

I was referred to Mr. Rosner in May 2015 for a car accident, they started my case right away, set me up with a chiropractor, had my medical bills reduced and I got a bigger settlement than I expected. Now they didn't call me every week, but I was told to check in every Thursday for an update and I ha...d zero problems with their service, and it settled sooner than I expected. I had Christmas money for my kids and family, something I hadn't been able to know for a few years. I would recommend him anytime. He also helped my aunt with her case.

I'm not certain of the exact details of prior two reviews but I am working with Noah and he is very intelligent, and is a profound and confident speaker. We have been working on my personal injury case for more than 3 years now. Unfortunately the legal process is and has been the impetus for all the ...delays. Noah knows the law and is very thorough. He is precise when filing motions, and is very astute as to when motions should be filed. So, after 3 years of granting the defense a myriad of continuances I finally had the opportunity to see Noah shine. He took 15 minutes for an opening statement during a mediation. He nailed every facet of my case and claim and did not miss a beat. His confidence was exhilarating and impressive. We are still working on my case so I will follow up with another review after Noah wins my case. Hire him!!

I have had two cases with them for two years and I have been told via voicemail and emails that he case have been settled, the money is in their office since December 2014 and today is 03/10/15 and I have not seen a dime. I am not being reimbursed although I was out of work for two months and teamed ...with a physical therapist office that originally charged me over 7000.00 for what they claim is for four months of service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
