Biography
Nick Martin grew up in Gwinnett County, attended Duluth High School, and graduated Cum Laude from The University of Georgia in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education. After graduating, Nick worked as a history teacher for 3 years at Collins Hill High School in the Gwinnett County Public School system.
Nick graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 2010. At Louisiana State University Law School Nick was a member of the Moot Court Board and was a recipient of the Public Interest Law Society Fellowship.
Since becoming a member of the State Bar of Georgia in November 2010, Nick has represented hundreds of clients. Nick has litigated cases across Georgia. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials. Nick has also successfully helped clients at the appellate level (See Hendry v. Hendry; 734 S.E.2d 46; 292 Ga. 1 (2012); Grailer v. Jones; A18A2101).
For the past 10 years, Nick has devoted the majority of his practice to clients that have suffered personal injuries. Nick has fought with insurance companies to help his clients collect over $9 Million.
Nick has been admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Federal Court of the Northern and Middle District of Georgia.
