Julia Collins Holley

Attorney Julia Holley is an Atlanta native with a reputation for creative problem solving in negotiations and fearless grit in the courtroom. Passionate about criminal defense and social justice, Julia is known for her laid back and shoot-straight attitude with her clients. She always works to resolve cases as quickly as possible while still protecting her client's rights - prioritizing their abilities to get their lives back.

Attorney Holley started her career in Walton and Fulton County Public Defender's offices, before joining the Willis Law Firm team in 2024.  She practices in all areas of criminal defense, but specializes in DUI law, with over 91% of her cases resolving with no conviction to DUI.    Julia is fluent in both Spanish and English, giving her a special leg up in cases with language barriers and communication issues. 

Julia was a selected speaker at the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2024. She has also given presentations at Georgia State University College of Law and at the Fulton County Public Defender's officer on defending your rights and challenging administrative hearings.  She notably presented at the United Nations during the Many Languages One World Conference in 2014, the youngest person chosen to speak.

Julia graduated with a B.A. from Eckerd College double majoring in International Business and Spanish in 2016. She then returned to her hometown of Atlanta to pursue law, graduating with her J.D. from Georgia State University, graduating in 2020. She lives in Roswell with her cat, dog, and rescue husband. When she's not at the office, you can find Julia getting creative in the kitchen or enjoying the outdoors hiking, fishing, or scuba diving.
