Jeffrey Jay Cohen

I represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in their commercial real estate transactions. My work often involves reviewing, negotiating and preparing leases and purchase agreements. For property purchasers I handle all of the steps and documents necessary to close their deals.

I represent individuals buying or selling a business. I form corporations or limited liability companies for these clients and will advise my clients in all legal aspects of their business including reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts with their suppliers, vendors and customers.
