Gary Wayne Powell

Gary Powell is a personal injury attorney who embodies toughness, advocacy and empathy. He is uniquely equipped to work on behalf of injured clients.

Gary’s experience in numerous personal injury trials, mediations and settlements spans both state and Federal courts. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1989. His unique perspective stems from prior representation of insurance companies, allowing him insight into their tactics of intimidating personal injury victims and avoiding just compensation to victims.

He earned his law degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Before law school, Gary pursued a double major in Biology and Chemistry at Graceland University, excelling academically while also assuming leadership roles as President of his fraternity and Speaker of the Senate in student government. In addition to his legal career, Gary managed a thriving business within Georgia’s film and television industry.

Because of the positive influence of individuals who supported him throughout his journey, Gary recognizes the importance of giving back.
