Legal Documents for Business Procurement
I contacted Ms. Espy for assistance with reviewing legal documents associated with procuring a franchise. Not only was the turn around time impressive, but she also maintained an open line of clear communication with me throughout the process. Her analysis and feedback was extremely thorough and even the franchiser made mention of what a keen eye she had for suggesting some of the amendments that she did, for which they were more than willing to oblige. Because of her competency and professionalism, the entire process was seamless and successful. I am very grateful for the service she provided and would recommend her without hesitation.

Excellent Services Highly Recommended
I contacted Mrs. Espy in regards to citations being given to me from the city code enforcer, for unauthorized work being done to my property from a general contractor. My situation was very unique and a nightmare, due to the fact as one issue was handled other issues would arise. Since I spend my time out the country 95% of the year posed another challenge in itself, with having to appear on certain court dates. Mrs. Espy was able to arrange with the courts and be there in my behalf and ultimately provide solutions and help resolve not just my initial concern regarding city code enforcer citations, but other property problems that came up. Since then I have referred my business associates to her as well and hired her for drafting and finalizing a business partnership agreement.
