The other reviews basically say it all, but still can't give the amount of credit that Casey Cleaver deserves. I guess words just aren't enough. I've had a few lawyers in my life that were duds. Now I know what a REAL attorney is. Casey is nothing short of brilliant. He was very personable from the b...eginning to the end. He always stayed in communication with me to keep me informed. Through his amazing strategy my cases( yep caseS) were resolved better than I could have ever imagined. In the world of the law, Casey Cleaver is " THE ONE YOU WANT". Never settle for less. The Courtroom Assassin strikes again with pure vengeance. He was disgraced when the judge denied his motion to suppress the breath test results. At which time he vowed to me that failure was not an option. He started to prepare our defense. As our trial began on June 8, 2021, he quietly leaned over t...o me and says, " I got this." When the trial began, he meticulously assaulted the State's witnesses (police) with precision. Upon his conclusion of the cross examination there was nothing left but carnage. The prosecutor even asked for mercy during his closing arguments. The prosecutor reasoned the police had come from a small department and deserved some leniency. Mr. Casey Cleaver concluded with explaining to the Court as to why he was so meticulous/ruthless with his assault on the State's witnesses. He looked at the jury and said, "Mr. Williams is not guilty of DUI." They all looked at him with astonishment, not believing what they had all just witnessed. After closing arguments were done, the Judge released the Jury for deliberation. They deliberated for almost five hours. Finally, they came back with a verdict. The foreman stood up and read the verdict. He said, "For driving under the influence of ALCOHOL, we the jury find the Defendant NOT GUILTY." The Courtroom Assassin sheath his sword and turned and walked out of the courtroom. Justice has been served again.

Casey was very professional, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me understand each process along the way and made me well aware of my options and outcomes and ultimately let me decide every final decision. He definitely gets the job done. I was charged with a DUI right before COVID... so you can imagine the frustration and anticipation on getting the ball rolling. We were the first jury trial after COVID and Casey showed up and showed out for sure. I’m more than pleased with the results of my case, I was found not guilty of the DUI-Less Safe.
