Aleksandra H. Bronsted, Esq. has been practicing law in Georgia since 1993.
She formed Aleksandra H. Bronsted, P.C. to represent individuals, families, workers, and consumers who have been injured or disabled by car accidents, on the job injuries, defective products, unsafe or improperly maintained premises, and other acts of negligence. Aleksandra strives to ensure that every client receives just compensation for the losses they have suffered.
Aleksandra holds a Juris Doctor from Atlanta Law School and a Bachelorls in History and Art History from Georgia State University. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Aleksandra is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Amazing firm

I was in a car accident but unfortunately I hired Alexandra Bronsted because she was recommended by a fellow Bosnian . Yes they speak many languages but nevertheless the communication with her and her staff is most terrible they never return phone calls, they promised they would take care of my me...

Replied last June 19, 2018We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the services you received from our firm. We have a long-standing policy of informing our clients upon the settlement of their case that they have outstanding medical bills. Each client is then given the choice whether they wish for us to pay the remaining medicals at a negotiated rate out of the settlement or to take care of the bills on their own after receiving their settlement check. Every client signs a distribution sheet acknowledging that they understand that they are responsible for any outstanding medical bills and liens at the time of settlement. While we apologize for any misunderstanding, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to either have the firm pay the medical bills from the settlement or to pay the bills on his or her own. If, at the time of settlement, you elected for the firm to take care of your medical bills, we are happy to provide proof that payment was sent.
