Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommended

I have worked with Robert on a number of matters over the years I managed litigation for a Fortune500 medical device company. He is by far one of the most trustworthy and personable lawyers I have ever met; and he is pleasure to work with. Our matters ranged from contract disputes in arbitration to ...complex multi-jurisdictional IP licensing and product development suits. Rarely did we send him anything "run of the mill" - every matter seemed to involve difficult fact patterns containing many twists and turns. I was always impressed with the way Robert worked to understand the underlying issues and history of each matter, and did so efficiently within the bounds of our strict budget guidelines. Furthermore, I always felt well informed of matter and budget status when dealing with Robert; and I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for representation. His ability to be personable to both the opposing party/counsel and our executives and internal team, while simultaneously being a strong advocate for our position and taking tough (and sometimes confrontational) situations head-on, presented us in a way that complimented our desired market reputation.
