John R. Grimes

I hired Mr. Grimes to handle a situation between my LLC and a property manager the LLC had hired. Working with him was like pulling teeth. He was slow, sloppy and rude. I had to go through all the details on every phone call as he seemed to retain no knowledge of my case in -between correspondence. ...He failed time and again to follow up. He misspelled my name on documents throughout (including the final settlement agreement). The only thing I can say in his favor was that he agreed not to bill me for the time I spent re-explaining my case over and over again when he inevitably did not retain the details.
