As long as you were not convicted of a felony, and it sounds like you weren't, you should be able to vote and own a gun.

I'd keep the TPO in place. If you were so afraid of him a month ago you felt you needed a TPO being pregnant is not going to make you any safer.

If you do not go to court the DA could have the judge hold you in contempt, and you could go to jail.
