If a 17 has sex with a 38 yr old is that against the law?

The sex is legal, but the 38 year old can still be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and custodial interference.

It's great news the charge is not on your GCIC. The only other check that is as thorough as GCIC is NCIC.
