Im currently serving a 10 year felony probation sentence is there a way i can get it terminated early?

Possibly. Does the sentencing sheet indicate you may terminate early? Check with your probation officer.

The $1,500 could be a fine, and he would plead guilty without realizing it. He needs to hire an attorney, and go to court on the 20th.
