Frank Thomas Bayuk Jr.

Frank Bayuk is an elite, client-focused trial lawyer who brings two decades of high-stakes litigation experience to individuals and families facing catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, defective products, class actions, and False Claims Act matters. As a former first-chair partner at two of the world's largest defense firms, Jones Day and King & Spalding, Frank spent years defending Fortune 100 corporations against severe injury and liability lawsuits involving billions of dollars in damages. Driven by a belief that everyday citizens deserve the same high caliber of trial representation usually reserved for major corporations, Frank co-founded Bayuk Pratt in 2022 to represent plaintiffs exclusively. Since transitioning to plaintiff-side advocacy, his trial-first approach has helped accident victims recover more than $300 million in compensation.

Throughout his career, Frank has tried dozens of cases to verdict in state and federal courtrooms across Georgia and the United States, frequently litigating in challenging, high-exposure jurisdictions. Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 1% of his class, after receiving his B.A. in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Florida. Deeply committed to professional mentorship and the legal community, Frank serves as a faculty member for Emory University School of Law’s Trial Techniques program, instructing law students in courtroom technique and trial preparation. A native of Ormond Beach, Florida, Frank lives in Atlanta, attends Buckhead Church, and stays actively involved in coaching his children’s sports teams.
