Evan H. Howell

Evan was born and raised in Atlanta. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Evan attended Emory University School of Law. He then went on to practice law with one of the largest insurance defense firms in the Southeast. His practice focused on trucking and automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, general negligence, wrongful death, commercial litigation and medical malpractice litigation. He practiced there for over five years before he joined with Michael to form Howell & Johnson, LLC.

Evan’s practice is now focused on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Evan has repeatedly been named a Georgia Rising Star® and one of Georgia’s best attorneys under the age of 40 by Atlanta Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, an honor bestowed on less than 2.5% of all practicing attorneys in Georgia. Evan is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Evan resides in Atlanta with his wife and three young children and in his free time he enjoys bicycling, mountain biking, hiking, jogging and competing in triathlons.
