Bradley W. Bradley began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Rhesa Hawkins Barksdale on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit before joining King & Spalding—an AmLaw 50 firm whose clients represent over half of the Fortune Global 100. Elected partner after only six years, he spent over a decade defending major international corporations against "bet-the-company" lawsuits and serving as former national counsel for one of the world's largest shippers. Today, Bradley uses that insider corporate defense strategy exclusively to give a voice to working people harmed or defrauded by corporate wrongdoing.

Unlike many attorneys who settle early to avoid the courtroom, Bradley thrives on complex litigation and regularly takes cases to verdict before judges and juries across the country, including in Georgia, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, California, and Pennsylvania. He has handled highly sophisticated proceedings ranging from bellwether mass tort cases in specialized jurisdictions like the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to large-scale federal class actions, while also maintaining a strong appellate practice before state Supreme Courts and federal circuit courts. His firm’s track record includes landmark recoveries for clients, such as a $50 million settlement, a $27 million wrongful death recovery, and a $7 million product liability result.

A recognized authority in product liability and complex torts, Bradley holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Virginia. He is a published legal author whose work includes serving as editor and co-author of The Product Regulation and Liability Review, an international legal treatise, as well as authoring Trends in U.S. Product Liability Litigation. Raised in Mississippi, where he developed a lifelong love for the outdoors, Bradley now lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lelia, and their three children, Cole, Abby, and Betty.
