A real fighter

Went to Mr Holbert at PMHP Law after my husband passed under suspicious circumstances at a nursing home. Me Holbert heard me out and dug through and made a case after the state health board didn’t care, bless him for helping people who had their loved ones taken too soon.

Great Attorney, Fought for my Family

We went to PMHP Law after my dad passed away suddenly in a nursing home and we felt it the staff may have been negligent, he went downhill so fast. Mr. Holbert explained to us what may have happened, had experts review the records, and built a case and walked us through everything, making the nurs...ing home pay for their negligence. We absolutely recommend him, he's the best.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
