I hired Mr. Johnson Apr. 30, 2013, to represent my wife and I as plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the driver of a flatbed wrecker truck, and his employer, because of a traffic crash at about 3:30 p.m. Jan. 29, 2013, in Snellville, Ga. The driver was engaged in a cell phone conversation when his truck struck the rear of our car. The driver skidded approximately 40 feet but was driving so fast in bumper-to-bumper traffic that the collision demolished our 2004 Lincoln Town Car. Mr. Ryan agreed to represent us after reading our account of the collision and the police report. For the following 2 1/2 years, Mr. Ryan kept us informed of the status of our lawsuit and pursued many complicated aspects related to my wife's deteriorating health that might prove that the crash did, in fact, exacerbate her mental illness. With his compassionate counsel I finally decided to accept a settlement rather than endure an unpredictable outcome in court.

I suffered a back injury in a no-fault accident in August 2015, and was referred to Ryan by an insurance agent after trying to work with the at-fault party's insurance on my own to no avail. The at-fault insurer has a horrible reputation in the industry as well as an "F" rating with the BBB. In spite of this, and based upon his prior experience in dealing with this insurer, Ryan took my cased and handled it exceptionally. He is VERY knowledgeable in personal injury law, and answered a good bit of my questions before I asked them. HE is extremely up to speed when it comes to details regarding cases and personal injury law specifically in the state of Georgia, and anytime I had a question or concern he was readily available to answer them via email or phone call almost immediately and definitely within 24 hours. Unlike most firms, there is no paralegal or receptionist shielding Ryan from his clients. You actually speak to him when you feel you need to. My case was settled in about six months which is shorter than I expected. There was no question as to what was owed to whom and I can honestly say I'm extremely satisfied with his services. I would recommend his practice over a generic "TV attorney" any day!

Came to Ryan Johnson in an urgent situation (of course) and he was incredible to work with. He dug into my case and was able to organize everything, checking all the boxes, crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's. Very easy to work with and made the process simple and tolerable given the circumstances. Highly recommend hiring Ryan Johnson for any personal injury cases!

Ryan has high integrity. He does not respond to questions without knowing the answer. If he tells you something, it has been thoroughly thought-out. He is kindhearted and diligent. I recommend Ryan highly. He is well-suited to personal injury and wrongful death work.
