HORRIBLE
I have to think that all of the reviews were written by Ms. Kim herself because she is VERY rude and unprofessional. During our phone interview she acted as though I was a nuisance but she made sure that I knew how to get payment to her....that is the one thing she focused on. No questions about my c...

Keep Looking
Several things to be aware of from my case: - I was left constantly wondering what was going on - She yelled at me on more than one occasion for bothering her - Left me to attend court alone in 2 occasions - Didn't explain any of my options or possible strategies
