My practice is about 98% litigation, but I have adjusted the percentages to show areas of litigation in which I practice. I would also add products liability, which is not an option on AVVO, as I have extensive experience, from accident investigation through trial, on products liability cases. I have represented parties in just about every aspect of litigation.

This broad, all-encompassing category could apply to anything in litigation. I have represented parties in litigation throughout my career in most any type of case, including medical malpractice, product liability, consumer disputes, personal injury, construction disputes, and premises liability.

I have arbitrated numerous cases on behalf of parties and have served as an arbitrator on multiple disputes.

I have represented car dealerships for over ten years. I have also represented numerous businesses throughout my career in contractual disputes and other lawsuits.
