Jennifer Gwynne Case

I am an associate in the Business Litigation practice group in Thompson Hine's Atlanta office.  My practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and employment matters, including derivative litigation, business tort claims such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional interference with business relations, unfair competition, and RICO claims, shareholder disputes, and issues related to the enforcement and breach of restrictive covenants.  I have litigated cases in state and federal court, by arbitration and other means of alternative dispute resolution, and before administrative agencies.  I also have experience responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies and assisting with internal investigations.

Prior to practicing, I taught a legal research and writing course at the William & Mary School of Law and served as the assistant director of its legal skills program during the 2009-2010 school year.
