Ernest Linwood Beaton IV

Mr. Beaton has extensive experience defending general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in both small and large-scale construction litigation, including cases of building collapse, water leaks and intrusion, and engineering and architectural liability. He also has significant experience prosecuting and defending mechanic's lien and payment bond claims asserted by contractors and material suppliers seeking payment for labor or material supplied to construction projects.

Mr. Beaton has experience drafting and negotiating large and small scale construction, sale of goods and personal services contracts as well as commercial lease and employment agreements.

Mr. Beaton has wide experience prosecuting and defending a host of commercial and business litigation matters including claims for breach of contract, large-scale sale of goods claims, property damage, breach of property association covenants and breach of fiduciary duty.
