Dustin C. Young

Dustin C. Young is a personal injury attorney practicing in Georgia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2016 and received his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2019.

While in law school, Mr. Young gained experience on both sides of the courtroom through externships with the Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee and the Knox County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked on criminal prosecution and defense matters.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Young served as a patrol officer from 2015 to 2019. During that time, he was directly involved in responding to and investigating motor vehicle accidents, providing him with practical insight into accident scenes, liability issues, and investigative procedures. He now applies that experience in his personal injury practice, which focuses on motor vehicle collisions and injury-related claims.

Mr. Young has received recognition for academic achievement and public service, including the CALI Award and the President Abraham Lincoln Pro Bono Award, for completing over 250 hours of pro bono legal work. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Young enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball.
