Outstanding, Knowledgeable, and Professional

Attorney Brandon has been a pleasure to work with. His knowledge, respect, and professionalism are outstanding. Since my initial consult, he made me feel like I was at home. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions in a way that I didn't have to think twice before I hired... him. Throughout the entire process he kept me in the loop and explained the steps he needed to take in order to get my case resolved. He made me feel taken care of and made this entire process stress free. I've worked as a paralegal in the Metro Atlanta area for many years and I have to say that attorney Brandon is one of the most compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable attorney's you'll ever meet. I can't thank him enough for his help on my case. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for help on their case.

Mr. Bullard is the stereotypical attorney

Having been in law enforcement for years, I knew many of the tricks attorneys use to rip off their clients, so I tried to be careful when I went looking for one to inform me of my rights and possible legal remedies. Per his website, Mr. Bullard’s credentials are impeccable leaving no doubt that he k...nows what the law is. Therefore, it was my fault for giving him a $5,000 retainer to research my case to see if during my stay in prison the tolling rules applied to me – something someone even less skilled as he should have been able to tell me over the telephone. He was courteous and even changed some things in his contract at my request. However, I missed the line that stated in BOLD: "If any dispute arises, all initial retainer fees are nonrefundable, and all hours are charged at $350 per hour + expenses, regardless of initial retainer." I signed the contract and accept all responsibility for doing it. I just never envisioned someone would have the gall to put a clause like that in a contract so that he/she would be legally able to keep all the retainer by just having a dispute with their client. I would have thought that an attorney would have been happy getting $5,000 to supposedly research something that he/she should have already known. If you wish to hire someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and bold enough to do things others would not dream of doing, and have the funds to afford him, I highly recommend Mr. Bullard. Just be more watchful than I was.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Brandon Bullard is the lawyer that other lawyers depend on for appeals because there are few attorneys who specialize in this area of law with true success. He has been fighting to ensure our legal system is held to the ideals embodied in the Constitution. He is honest, trustworthy, and I have no hesitation in endorsing Brandon. His clients and their lawyers are smart to consult with Brandon BEFORE trial concerning strategy and how current case law might provide opportunities for appeal in the event trial results in a conviction. I have also consulted with Brandon about post-conviction issues to ease my client's minds and provide guidance toward a better life after one has served his or her sentence. Hire him. You'll get a lot of information, skills, and guidance for your money."
