Asked about creditors in my case. She refused to answer for over six months. Then asked for more money to fix the problem she neglected to address despite the fact it was mentioned to her 6 months prior. Became belligerent and insulting when this was reiterated. Was over 20 minutes late to initial co...nsultation due to "personal issues".

Filing bankruptcy was very stressful. Susan made us feel comfortable from the beginning. She answered all of our questions and was very prompt in all of her responses. She took away the stress and made it so much easier. We filed Chapter 13 and it took 5 years to pay off. We had lots of questions a...nd had several amendments. She always was helpful and was very attentive for 5 years. I never worried because if there was a problem she was always there to help. My family is very greatful to Susan. Bankruptcy is not fun, but she made it less stressful.
