Jason Allen Lanahan

Being an avid outdoorsman who enjoys exercising my 2nd amendment rights, I contacted Mr. Lanahan regarding the establishment of a NFA (National Firearms Act) trust. Within a week Jason sent me a draft copy of the trust for my review. Mr Lanahan took plenty of time to answer a ton of questions that ...I had along with reviewing each and every section and schedule of the trust. Armed with my newly formed trust, I can now more fully exercise my 2nd amendment rights as a law abiding American citizen while enjoying the benefits that our country's forefathers established in our constitution. Not only can I enjoy this freedom, I can enjoy it with a "piece of mind" in knowing that my trust was not something that anyone can download for free from the internet, or pick up from (what I refer to as) "An online lawyer 5&10". Jason "takes time" to not just study the law, but also takes time explaining it in terms that I can understand. Jason doesn't practice "Shoot from the hip" law, he takes time to "Aim Small" in order to provide the most accurate document possible! Thank You Mr Lanahan!!!

My wife and I are "regular middle class" Georgians who have never had a will written. We mentioned this to Jason who convinced us both that this was something that we needed to have done. Within several days, he had a well written draft established that covered everything we mentioned, and took the time to explain each clause and what it meant in "Lawyer" terms. Not only does he write wills, he can also notarize them - kind of a "one stop shop". Jason is a great listener who asks questions and has the ability to take information and put it into legal terms that even I can understand.

Mr. Lanahan was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to helping me start a small business with a friend of mine. He quickly answered any and all questions we had. I went to Jason to have my will and Advance Care Directive drawn up after waiting nearly 2 years for my previous lawyer to "get around to it." At first I was nervous because Jason had just begun practicing law. However, he proved to be extremely knowledgeable in not only wills, but every other area I... asked him questions about. Jason was also extremely down-to-earth and treated me as if he actually cared about me. Most importantly, though, he talked with me and explained everything to me.
