Carlos Guillermo Colon-Machargo

Carlos Colón-Machargo is a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) attorney-at-law and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over twenty years of experience. His major areas of practice include labor and employment law; business, corporate law and contracts. During his career, Carlos has represented and counseled both individuals and entities of all sizes in the areas described above. He is currently admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico and currently licensed as a CPA in Florida. He received a Master of Laws from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1997, where he concentrated in Labor and Employment Law (LL.M. Labor and Employment Law). Before receiving such degree, Carlos obtained a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law in 1996 and a Bachelor in Business Administration, cum laude, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Puerto Rico in 1993.
