Jeffrey Brandon Sladkus

Since beginning his legal career in 1998, Jeffrey’s practice has included a wide variety of intellectual property and corporate matters. Jeffrey regularly works with both small businesses and internationally recognized brands on a broad range of IP matters, including trademark counseling, prosecution and portfolio management, IP litigation and anti-counterfeiting.

Jeffrey’s corporate practice focuses on corporate formation, organization and governance, as well as structuring and negotiating a wide range of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has served clients in an extensive range of industries and business areas, including clothing, apparel and fashion, cosmetics, wines and spirits, hospitality, agricultural products, healthcare technology and consulting, furniture designers and manufacturers, foodservice distribution, confectionery, law firms, medical practices, jewelers and jewelry manufacturers, software developers, real estate agencies, salons, electronics manufacturers, banks and cinemas.

Jeffrey enjoys live music, jogging and playing tennis, as well as travelling with his wife Laura, and their two daughters, Elena and Orly.
