Ashley and her assistant were very nice and responsive when she was hired for my case. However, I was quoted one thing for services and ended up paying double in the end. After paying for follow-up services she and her assistant were very stale and unresponsive. Taking weeks at a time to respond to... emails and NEVERRRRRRRRRRR returned phone calls. It was ridiculous. They are ok as long as they can milk you other than that they don't care. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I utilized this attorney through my company's legal benefit program for a simple traffic citation because I did not have time to go to court and I had a legal benefit. She and her assistant were unprofessional and difficult to communicate with from day 1. She is slow to respond to emails and does n...ot return phone calls. Although my my citation was dismissed, I would never utilize this attorney again.
